Product Guarantee period:
Discount up to 30%: 6 months from purchase date.
Discount above 30% + Special Price: No product guarantee.
Product guarantee is valid for purchases made starting Thursday, 1st of October 2022
Refund is not allowed in any circumstances
Customer needs to be enrolled & registered as a Kanmo Circle Member to take part in this guarantee
The guarantee is ONLY APPLICABLE for strap failure, peeling print, broken logo or accessories, and cracked sole due to product quality issues.
Product guarantee does not include intentional damage done to the product (ex: sandals cut with scissors/cutter, burned sandals, sandals bitten by animals, usage method that violate care guide, etc.)
The decision regarding what is product defect & what is not - will be Kanmo’s and will be binding in all circumstances.
Proof of purchase in form of e-receipt or printed receipt issued at the time of purchase is mandatory for the exchange. Damaged product needs to be surrendered to the store at the time of exchange.
Product guarantee for purchases done on Havaianas.co.id can be done in Mono Stores or returned to Kanmo Warehouse to claim product guarantee.
Customers are allowed to exchange only once per original transaction.
First priority is to exchange for the same style color. Customers can exchange the damaged pair of sandals for the same style color. Havaianas does not guarantee the availability of the same product during the exchange.
For customers who made their purchase on Havaianas.co.id and want to exchange in offline stores, same size exchange and same item can be done without any additional payment. Even if the price for the same style has increased, customer shouldn’t be paying for the difference. If the price has decreased further, there will be no refunds for the differences.
In the case of stock unavailability, customer can exchange for a different style color. In the case that the price is different between amount paid by customer on Havaianas.co.id and the current price in offline stores, the base price for the exchange is the price paid by customer on Havaianas.co.id.
Havaianas reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of this guarantee any time without prior notification.
Any dispute arising under these terms & conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Location of purchase and product guarantee: A. Product guarantee for purchases done in Havaianas Indonesia Mono stores has to be done in Havaianas Indonesia Mono stores. B. Product guarantee for purchases done in Shop in Shop/Department Stores/Multi Brand Store as to be done in the same Shop in Shop/Department Stores/Multi Brand Store C. Product guarantee for purchases done on Havaianas.co.id can be done in Mono stores or returned to Kanmo Warehouse to claim product guarantee D. Product guarantee for purchases done on Official Havaianas shop in Online Marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Zalora, Lazada, Blibli, JD.id) has to be claimed by following the return via respective marketplace
